I assume I’ll be fine but I just wanna make sure. I haven’t been on myfigurecollection in a while so I’m not sure when she went up for pre-orders.
She went up for Pre-order on October 9th, but you could just pre-order her now on sites like ami-ami since you don't have to pay for her now but when the figure actually gets released (Sep. 2019) they will send you an incoice. You have 7 days from then to pay. Unfortunately I don't know when the Pre-orders wil close, but in any case you should be fine even on the 26th (I'd assume).

With the way they excessively slimmed down her lower body in the DX edition, I just couldn't justify buying it considering how much it costs. She was added two days ago late in the day a few hours before that coupon expired. Both versions are right on the front page in New Figures. Just gotta click the right arrow two times.
