SO uh, is anyone working on a translation of the comic contents or do I need to go out there and pay somebody to do it for me?

I found a translation!

I think this figure is a solid 10/10 for me. The plants don't have the yellow highlights like in the prototype pictures but it doesn't even really bother me because every single other detail is so perfect.

killindarlings (6 månader sedan) #33091837Yeah, I'm getting some of these for the comic shop I work at from our distributor, so I'm assuming it's the English translation I ordered. They don't sell the original Japanese versions of any manga.
They should already be available, if I'm remembering correctly.

I'm not talking about the original manga. I already have the viz english translation of volume 1. I'm talking about the bonus comic that comes in the box with the figure. Nobody would be getting in the 8 page bonus comic that comes with the figure as a separate item for sale.

Finally got it today after the mailman fumbled it around for a week. I like the box, and I understand that since this is a wonderful hobby selection they don't need to "advertise" with it as it won't be going on store shelves. So it makes perfect sense to cut back on the box when the thing is being sold as preorder only. My base is uneven but won't wobble unless I touch it. I was kind of surprised to find it totally assembled in the box, but that made it kind of annoying to de-assemble it anyway to get some of the plastic protection off. I felt like the red on the machine was advertised as deeper? I think once I get past that I'll quite like it as the machine's paint job is very good, I just expected a deeper cherry red I suppose. And while everything else is perfect I'm surprised at how blobby Ontan's shoes look. The yellow paint is pretty thick and kind of demolished any detail they had on them. I did think, "hmm, pretty small" but then I imagined how big it would be at even 1/8 scale and that would be pretty unwieldy. I feel like they could've gone a bit bigger but overall I'm pleased. I don't regret my purchase at all even if I do think the figure could've been better.

SO uh, is anyone working on a translation of the comic contents or do I need to go out there and pay somebody to do it for me?
