Yeah it seems like an original so far, the tweet also mentions the dress being original but that can be taken two ways, i.e its the first kurumi fig like this, or it's based on no existing art

I did a quick check but this seems like a completely new design/artwork. It is listed under Date a Bullet so maybe it's an illustration not out yet.

Interesting design, definitely unique as far as kurumi dresses go
also have no complaints about previous chara-ani figures so this should be good!
