It's embarrassing to admit but throwback to when I was still a figure collecting noob, I bought 4 bootlegs out of excitement for the low prices(;へ:)(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻. They've been sitting on top my shelf unopened for at least 2 years now, and I still don't know what to do with them... My fellow friend said that they just tossed their bootlegs in a recycling bin but I feels like its such a waste ( ≧Д≦) I spent around 150 usd on them after all...

Please be aware that bootlegs are not allowed on eBay , even if a buyer is informed and "BOOTLEG" is in the title they can make a claim and get a refund , no matter the price.

asahigod1 år sedan#61230947Hi guys!! Thanks for all the great suggestions. I think I'm gonna keep one since it's not that bad and try reselling the others for super cheap (probably around 30USD for all 3...) They include the Alter Natsume figure, Roy Mustang ARTFXJ and ARTFXJ Sebastian ;u; (I wish I had the real ones) Think that's a fair price?
Well, if you plan to sell ebay for bid if they want this pay as fair prices offers let them know they are bootleg. So good luck! :)

I would say if you have an interest in it, use them for practice making custom figs on bases, removing parts/painting/sculpting new additions

I am currently in possession of a bootleg cheerful version Len nendo and I'm planning on using it for practice making a custom sculpt :>

I had a few but I ended up chucking em. Most of mine were smaller items like keychains etc, so I didn't feel quite as bad cuz they really didn't cost much.

If they're nice looking enough, you could use them to decorate in more open locations where you won't be upset if something happens to them. Someone else mentioned your work desk. I recommend them in the back window of your car. Admittedly not best for cheap figures to be in summer heat but they could be a cool decoration for any long trips or conventions you plan on going to. I have a legit (but cheap) figure of Lupin III in the back window of my Fiat 500 XD I ought to move him out soon though cuz I'm a bit worried about him melting XD

Donate them to the goodwil? I’m sure some kid will like them

Use them for parts or make franken figures by swapping heads etc. Some accessories can be used for other figures. It's amazing how much people will pay for a figure that you've jazzed up with accessories from another.
