The good news: received the replacement body today.

The bad news: she didn't come with the attachment for the top of her crown, and despite what the assembly instructions included in the original box say, the star attachment on the crown of the original body was NOT a removable peg. Now I have a non-broken body with a crown that has a hole at the top for the star to be inserted (but no such attachment) and a body with a broken arm and a crown with the star snapped off.

Attempting round 2 of correspondence with GSC.

I finally received her today (thanks to Nippon-Sh*t for the delay...). Gooooosh she's gorgeous and her box is so BIG !! She isn't broken, yay!

They left me with a very expensive damaged figure to cope on my own.
You really have to contact the producer and have luck that they exchange the parts.

The only time I had to contact N-Y for a defect after a week they told me they would contact the producer and update me. I've never heard back.

I got her today and I just... I'm speechless. <3 I'd love to find a way to display her with the box since it's just stunning, but I'd have to buy another shelf for that. I am so, so happy that she arrived all in one piece too. There was a nasty dent on the box that damaged the figure box, but it's not too noticeable thankfully.

Got the simplified version, but damn, her pantaloons and thighs are really well painted, too bad they're not really visible most of the time.
